PLEASE PRINT CLEARLY when filling out your forms. This helps to avoid mistakes when entering your information into the database.
PLEASE FILL YOUR ADDRESS IN COMPLETELY, including your suburb & postcode.
ENSURE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS IS WRITTEN CORRECTLY. A few people forgot the ending of their address & missed out on important information.
